Pennsylvania Precise For Writ of Execution is a legal document used by a creditor (the plaintiff) to obtain a court order, called a Writ of Execution, that allows them to seize the assets of a debtor (the defendant) in order to satisfy a debt. The Precise For Writ of Execution is filed with the Court of Common Pleas in the county in which the defendant is located. This document includes the name of the plaintiff, the name of the defendant, and the amount of the debt owed. The Precise For Writ of Execution also includes the date of filing, the docket number, and the signature of the plaintiff or their attorney. Once the Precise For Writ of Execution is filed, the court issues a Writ of Execution, which is then served on the debtor by a sheriff or constable. There are three types of Pennsylvania Precise For Writ of Execution: the Precise For Execution of Judgment, the Precise For Execution of Money Judgment, and the Precise For Execution of Possession. The Precise For Execution of Judgment is used to collect on a judgment previously obtained in court, the Precise For Execution of Money Judgment is used to collect a monetary debt, and the Precise For Execution of Possession is used to regain physical possession of property that is owned by the debtor.
