The Pennsylvania Precise For Writ of Execution — Money Judgments is a court document used by a creditor to obtain a Writ of Execution against a debtor who has not paid a court-ordered judgment. This document includes the creditor's name, address, and the name of the debtor, the court that issued the judgment, the case number, the amount owed, and the name of the clerk of court. Once completed, it is submitted to the court for issuance of the Writ of Execution. The Writ of Execution allows the sheriff to levy upon and sell the debtor's assets to satisfy the court-ordered judgment.
