Pennsylvania Precise For Writ of Possession Upon A Confessed Judgment is a form that is used by a creditor to acquire possession of property of a debtor that has confessed to a judgment. This form is used when the property is located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Precise is a request to the Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas of the county in which the property is located for the issuance of Writ of Possession Upon A Confessed Judgment. The Pennsylvania Precise For Writ of Possession Upon A Confessed Judgment is available in two types: Vacant/Unimproved Land Precise and Improved Land Precise. The Vacant/Unimproved Land Precise is used when the debtor has confessed to a judgment on non-residential land. The Improved Land Precise is used when the debtor has confessed to a judgment on residential land. The Pennsylvania Precise For Writ of Possession Upon A Confessed Judgment must be completed in full by the creditor and must include the name of the debtor, the court in which the judgment was entered, the case number and the judgment amount.
