The Pennsylvania Notice of Appeal From Summary Conviction-Traffic is a document that is filed by a person who has been convicted of a traffic offense in a summary court in the state of Pennsylvania. The Notice of Appeal is used to appeal the conviction to the Court of Common Pleas.
