Pennsylvania Notice of Precise to Enter Judgment of Non Pros — P R.R.C.P. 237.4 — Form 10-204 is a legal document used to enter a judgment of non pros in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The form is used when a plaintiff no longer wishes to pursue a case, and the court has ordered a non pros' judgment to be entered. The Notice of Precise to Enter Judgment of Non Pros is also known as a Precisepe” and is required in order to enter a judgment of non pros. The Precise must be filed by the plaintiff in the court in which the complaint was filed. The document includes the plaintiff’s name, address and phone number; the defendant’s name, address and phone number; and a case number, if applicable. It must also include the names of the parties, the court in which the case was filed, and a request to enter a judgment of non pros. There are two types of Pennsylvania Notice of Precise to Enter Judgment of Non Pros — P R.R.C.P. 237.4 — Form 10-204: Precisecipe for Non Pros and Dismissal of Complaint; and (2) Precise for Non Pros and Judgment on Agreement. The first type of Precise is used when the plaintiff does not wish to pursue the case, and the second type is used when the parties have agreed to a settlement and the court has ordered a non pros' judgment. Once the Precise is filed, the court will enter the judgment of non pros and the case will be dismissed.
