The Precise must be signed by the plaintiff’s attorney and include the name of the court, the name of the plaintiff (the lender), the name of the defendant (the borrower), the amount of the debt owed, and a description of the mortgaged property. There are two types of Pennsylvania Precise for Writ of Execution — Mortgage Foreclosure — Form 10-211: the Standard Form 10-211 and the Short Form 10-211.
