Pennsylvania Precise to Mark Judgment Satisfied is a form that is used to formally record the satisfaction of a monetary judgment or debt in Pennsylvania. The form is generally used when a plaintiff has been paid in full by a defendant and the debt is satisfied. There are two types of Pennsylvania Precise to Mark Judgment Satisfied: one for the County of Philadelphia and one for all other counties in Pennsylvania. Both forms require the plaintiff to provide identifying information such as name, address, and telephone number; information about the judgment, such as the court in which it was rendered, the date of the judgment, and the amount of the judgment; and a certification that the judgment has been satisfied. The form must then be signed and notarized. Once completed, it should be filed with the Prothonotary's Office in the county in which the judgment was rendered.
