The Pennsylvania Report of Intermediary (PRI) is an annual report that is used to report information about certain insurance entities and intermediaries that are licensed, registered, or certified in the state of Pennsylvania. The report is due annually on June 30th and must be filed with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. The report is used to inform the department of the number of intermediaries, their names and addresses, gross premium written, and any other information required by law. There are two types of Pennsylvania Report of Intermediary: 1. Pennsylvania Life and Health Intermediary Report (LAIR): The LAIR is used to report information about life and health insurance intermediaries including agents, brokers, financial planners, and third-party administrators. 2. Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Intermediary Report (PAIR): The PAIR is used to report information about property and casualty insurance intermediaries, including agents, brokers, and third-party administrators.
