The Pennsylvania Application for Fee Review Pursuant to Section 306(F.1) — OCR is an official form used by mortgage lenders, services, and borrowers in the state of Pennsylvania, in order to request a review of the fees related to a mortgage loan. This form is designed to ensure that the fees charged to the borrower are reasonable and in compliance with Section 306(F.1) of the Pennsylvania Code. It provides an opportunity for the borrower to challenge any fees charged in excess of the amount permitted by law. The form consists of two parts. Part A is the borrower's information section, which requires the borrower to provide their name, address, loan number, and date of loan closing. Part B is the Fee Review section, which requires the borrower to provide a detailed explanation of the fees in dispute, the amount of the fee, and the requested adjustment or refund amount. There are two types of Pennsylvania Application for Fee Review Pursuant to Section 306(F.1) — OCR. The first is the Consumer Request for Fee Review, which is used when a borrower has a dispute with a service regarding fees charged in connection with a loan. The second is the Service Request for Fee Review, which is used when a service has a dispute with a lender regarding fees charged in connection with a loan.
