The International Affidavit of Service by Mailing (Notice of Hearing) is used when the notice of hearing is being served to an individual or organization located outside the United States. In both Domestic and International Affidavit of Service by Mailing (Notice of Hearing), the affidavit must include the name of the person or organization being served, the date of service, the manner of service, and the address where the notice of hearing was mailed. The affidavit must also include the signature of the individual who served the notice of hearing, as well as the date the affidavit was signed.
