Intellectual Property Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, shall remain the sole property of Licensor. Licensee agrees not to infringe upon or challenge the ownership rights of Licensor concerning the licensed material. 4. Term and Termination: The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for a specified period. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon the occurrence of certain events, such as material breach, bankruptcy, or termination of business activities. 5. Payment Terms: Licensee agrees to pay the agreed-upon license fees, which are specified in the attached Exhibit A.
