Licensee agrees not to infringe upon or challenge the ownership rights of Licensor concerning the licensed material. 4. Term and Termination: The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for a specified period. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon the occurrence of certain events, such as material breach, bankruptcy, or termination of business activities. 5. Payment Terms: Licensee agrees to pay the agreed-upon license fees, which are specified in the attached Exhibit A.
