The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions for the provision of public relations and general business consulting services. 1. Scope of Services: C. Jones, a reputable corporate consulting firm based in South Carolina, shall provide Para-Link with comprehensive public relations and general business consulting services. These services may include, but are not limited to: — Development and implementation of public relations strategies — Reputatiomanagementen— - Media relations and press releases — Crisicommunicationio— - Branding and marketing strategies — Market research ananalysissi— - Business development strategies — Financial planning ananalysissi— - Strategic planning and consulting 2. Duration: The Agreement shall commence on the effective date specified within and shall remain in effect for a period of [X number of months/years]. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice of termination [X number of days/weeks] prior to the desired termination date. 3. Compensation: In consideration for the services provided, Para-Link shall pay C. Jones a mutually agreed-upon fee or hourly rate. The payment terms, schedule, and method shall be outlined in a separate schedule or appendix attached to this Agreement. 4. Confidentiality: All information shared between the parties, whether oral, written, or digital, shall be considered confidential and proprietary. Both parties agree to exercise reasonable care in safeguarding such information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, unless required by law. 5. Intellectual Property: Any materials, reports, documents, or other deliverables provided by C. Jones to Para-Link as part of the consulting services shall remain the intellectual property of C. Jones. Para-Link shall have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for its internal business purposes. 6. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation: During the term of this Agreement and for a period of [X number of months/years] following its termination, Para-Link agrees not to engage in any competing business activities or solicit employees or clients of C.
