South Dakota Order To Admit Pro HAC Vice-Criminal (Judge Korean) is a court order issued by the Supreme Court of South Dakota that allows an attorney who is not admitted to the bar of South Dakota to appear before the Court in a criminal case. The Order is available upon request by an attorney in good standing with the bar of another jurisdiction and is issued in the name of the presiding judge of the criminal court. The Order allows the attorney to appear in a criminal court for the purpose of representing a client in a criminal action. There are two types of South Dakota Order To Admit Pro HAC Vice-Criminal (Judge Korean): Temporary and Permanent. A Temporary Order is valid for the duration of the criminal trial and is issued when the attorney is not a member of the bar of South Dakota. A Permanent Order is valid until revoked and is issued when the attorney has been admitted to the bar of South Dakota.
