There are two types of South Dakota Amended Annual Reports: the Standard Amended Annual Report and the Limited Liability Company Amended Annual Report. The Standard Amended Annual Report must be filed by all business entities registered in South Dakota, including for-profit corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and limited liability partnerships. The Limited Liability Company Amended Annual Report must be filed only by limited liability companies registered in South Dakota. Both types of Amended Annual Reports must be filed annually with the Secretary of State’s Office.
