The South Dakota Amended Annual Report is an official document that must be submitted to the Secretary of State's Office by corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and limited liability partnerships that are registered with the state in order to report changes in their information. The Amended Annual Report allows entities to update their contact information and update the information of their officers, directors, and managers. This report must be filed by the end of the year in which the changes occurred and must include an updated list of all the names and addresses of the officers, directors, and managers. There are two types of South Dakota Amended Annual Reports: the Business Annual Report and the Nonprofit Annual Report. The Business Annual Report is required for all business entities registered in the state, while the Nonprofit Annual Report is required for all nonprofit corporations registered in the state.
