The South Dakota Annual Report (Foreign Non Profit Corp) is an annual filing requirement that must be completed by all foreign non-profit corporations registered in the state. This report is typically due on or before the first day of the fourth month after the close of the corporation’s fiscal year. The report must include information such as the name and business address of the foreign corporation, the name and contact information of the registered agent, and a list of the current officers and directors of the corporation. In addition, the report must also include financial statements and any other reports required by the Secretary of State. There are two types of South Dakota Annual Reports (Foreign Non-Profit Corporation): the Initial Report and the Annual Renewal Report. The Initial Report must be filed within 90 days of the corporation’s formation, while the Annual Renewal Report must be filed annually on or before the first day of the fourth month after the close of the corporation’s fiscal year.
