Confidentiality: Both parties acknowledge the confidential nature of the information shared during the course of this agreement. The Consultant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any proprietary or confidential information entrusted to them by the Client. 5. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or created by the Consultant during the provision of services under this agreement shall become the sole property of the Client. The Consultant agrees to assign all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property to the Client at the Client's request. 6. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Consultant shall be compensated for all outstanding services rendered up to the date of termination.
