In Tennessee, a NOTICE of “RESETTING” OF HEARING COMBINED WITH RELATED INFORMATION RE FORM, MANNER, AND SERVING OF NOTICE is a legal document that must be served in order to reset a hearing date. This notice is used to inform the parties involved of the new hearing date and provides additional information regarding the form, manner, and service of the notice. There are two types of Tennessee NOTICE of “RESETTING” OF HEARING COMBINED WITH RELATED INFORMATION RE FORM, MANNER, AND SERVING OF NOTICE: (1) Notice of Resetting of Hearing Combined with Related Information Re Form, Manner, and Service of Notice of Resetting of Hearing; and (2) Notice of Resetting of Hearing Combined with Related Information Re Form, Manner, and Service of Notice of Resetting of Hearing and Related Matters. The first type of notice is used to inform the parties of the new hearing date and provides information related to the form, manner, and service of the notice. This notice must be in writing and served in person or by mail. The second type of notice is used to inform the parties of the new hearing date and provide additional information related to the form, manner, and service of the notice, as well as any additional matters related to the resetting of the hearing. This notice must be in writing and served in person or by mail, and must be served prior to the reset hearing date.
