Tennessee On Motion For Installment Payments is a payment plan for individuals who owe money to the state of Tennessee. It allows individuals to make monthly payments on their delinquent taxes, fees, and fines. This payment plan is available for individuals who have received a delinquent tax notice, as well as for those who have received a Final Court Order. There are two types of Tennessee On Motion For Installment Payments: the Full Payment Plan and the Reduced Payment Plan. The Full Payment Plan allows individuals to pay their entire balance in monthly installments over the course of 24 months or less. The Reduced Payment Plan allows individuals to reduce their total balance by paying a reduced amount each month over the course of 36 months or less. Both payment plans require individuals to make a minimum down payment of 20% of their total balance. In addition, individuals must also agree to a payment agreement with the state that outlines the payment terms.
