Tennessee Waiver of Accounting is a legal document that allows a person to waive the right to receive detailed information about how their estate is managed by the Executor or Administrator. This document allows the executor or administrator to manage the estate without having to provide detailed information to the beneficiaries. This document is often used when the estate is smaller and the beneficiaries do not need or wish to receive detailed information in order to make decisions regarding the estate. There are two types of Tennessee Waiver of Accounting: an Executor Waiver and an Administrator Waiver. An Executor Waiver is used when the executor of the estate does not wish to provide detailed information to the beneficiaries, while an Administrator Waiver is used when the administrator of the estate does not wish to provide detailed information to the beneficiaries.
