Tennessee Attorney/DOC Client Video Conferencing Request Forms are a set of documents used by attorneys and the Tennessee Department of Corrections (DOC) to formally request a video conference between the two parties. These forms can be used to facilitate the sharing of information, the exchange of documents, and the discussion of case matters in a manner that is more convenient and secure than traditional face-to-face meetings. There are three types of Tennessee Attorney/DOC Client Video Conferencing Request Forms: the Attorney Video Conference Request Form, the DOC Video Conference Request Form, and the Video Conference Request Form for Client. The Attorney Video Conference Request Form is used to request a video conference between an attorney and a DOC employee. The DOC Video Conference Request Form is used to request a video conference between a DOC employee and an inmate. The Video Conference Request Form for Client is used to request a video conference with a DOC client.
