The Texas Setting Request Form is a document used by Texas residents to request a change in their current voter registration address. This form is available in two different versions: the Mail-In Form and the Online Form. The Mail-In Form requires the voter to fill out and return the form to their county voter registrar’s office. The Online Form can be completed and submitted online. The Texas Setting Request Form requires the voter to provide their name, date of birth, address, county, and signature. The form also requires the voter to provide a valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license, a voter registration card, or a voter’s certificate. Once the form is completed and signed, it must be either mailed or submitted online to the county voter registrar’s office. Once the Texas Setting Request Form is approved, the voter’s registration address will be updated in the Texas voter registration database. This will allow the voter to receive a ballot for elections in their new address.
