Texas Parent Survey Form 1798 is an online survey designed to collect feedback from parents of public school students in Texas. It is administered annually by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to obtain feedback on the educational climate of their child's school. The survey is divided into two parts: Part 1 and Part 2. Part 1 of the survey focuses on the overall school environment and includes questions about student safety, parental involvement, and teacher/administrator communication. Part 2 of the survey focuses on the academic aspects of the school and includes questions about the curriculum, the school's overall academic performance, the availability of technology, and the use of data to inform instruction. There are three versions of Texas Parent Survey Form 1798: the English version, the Spanish version, and the Vietnamese version.
