Texas Notice of Return of Discovery Materials is a document used in civil lawsuits in the State of Texas. It is a notice that is served to the other party in the case, informing them that the party who served the notice is returning all discovery materials, such as interrogatories, requests for admission, requests for production of documents, and depositions, that were requested or provided in the proceedings. The notice includes a list of all the materials being returned, and a certification that all documents have been returned to the same condition as when they were received. There are two types of Texas Notice of Return of Discovery Materials: 1) Standard Notice of Return of Discovery Materials, and 2) Notice of Return of Discovery Materials with Certification of Compliance. The Standard Notice of Return of Discovery Materials is used when all the materials requested in the proceedings have been provided and no additional material is being returned. The Notice of Return of Discovery Materials with Certification of Compliance is used when materials have been provided in addition to the requested materials, and a certification of compliance is included with the notice.
