Texas Expunction-Form B is the official form used to request an exp unction of criminal records in the state of Texas. The form is filled out by a person seeking to have their criminal record cleared from public records. This form includes identifying information about the applicant, an explanation of why the applicant is seeking an exp unction, and an authorization for the release of criminal history information to the court. There are three types of Texas Expunction-Form B: Original Exp unction, Exp unction of Arrest Records, and Exp unction of Non-Disclosure. Original Exp unction is used to expunge criminal records that have not been previously sealed or expunged. Exp unction of Arrest Records is used to expunge arrest records that do not result in convictions or deferred adjudication. Exp unction of Non-Disclosure is used to expunge records that have been sealed or expunged.
