Texas Application For Registration of A Foreign Limited Liability Partnership is an official document that is filed to the Texas Secretary of State and used to register a foreign Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) to do business in the state of Texas. The document must include the name of the LLP, its address, the names and addresses of its general partners, the name and address of the registered agent in Texas, and other information as required by the Texas Secretary of State. The application must be signed by one or more general partners of the LLP.
