The Texas Report of Medical Evaluation (TIME) is a medical evaluation form used by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) for applicants applying for a Texas driver’s licenseThemeME provides a comprehensive assessment of the applicant’s physical and mental health, including any medical conditions that might impair the applicant’s ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
