In this agreement, artist appoints manager as his/her sole personal manager in all matters usually and normally within the jurisdiction and authority of a personal manager, including but not limited to the advice, guidance, counsel, and direction. A power of attorney is an instrument containing an authorization for one to act as the agent of the principal that terminates at some point in the future either by its terms or by operation of law such as death of the principal or agent. An Artist Management Agreement with Special Power of Attorney is a contract between an artist and a manager that outlines the roles and responsibilities of both parties.
