The Contract for Vehicle Towing, Wrecker and Storage Services is a legally binding document that outlines the terms and conditions under which a towing service will tow and store a vehicle. It is essential for establishing responsibilities and liabilities of both the vehicle owner and the towing company, ensuring clear communication about fees, vehicle condition, and storage procedures. This form differs from similar agreements by focusing specifically on the towing and storage process, making it crucial for both parties involved in such services.
This form should be used whenever a vehicle needs to be towed and stored by a towing service. It is particularly useful in situations involving illegal parking, breakdowns, or impoundment. It establishes clear terms for the custody of the vehicle and protects both the vehicle owner's rights and the towing company's interests.
