Using/Carrying a Firearm During Commission of a Drug Trafficking Crime or Crime of Violence is when a person knowingly uses, carries, or possesses a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime or crime of violence. This includes using a firearm to unlawfully possess, transport, or distribute a controlled substance; using a firearm to commit a robbery, burglary, aggravated assault, or other violent crime; or brandishing a firearm during a drug trafficking crime.
