Description

This agreement is between a film producer and an investor for a specific film project. The terms of the investment include a non-recourse loan for the cost of production which shall be set by an established budget. Terms of use of the investment funds include repayment from gross receipts of residuals, re-use fees, royalties, costs of sales and distribution and payment of any balance split pro-rata and pan passu to the investor and producer.
