A Case Information Record (CIR) is a comprehensive document containing all the information related to an individual case. It typically includes case-specific data such as background information, contact details, and any actions taken in relation to the case. Cars can be used to track and manage cases, document actions taken, and provide a clear and concise overview of the case situation. There are three main types of Cars: Intake Cars, Ongoing Cars and Disposal Cars. Intake Cars are used to record information about a case when it is first opened; they include details such as the date the case was opened, the type of case, and the people involved. Ongoing Cars are updated throughout the life cycle of the case and include details related to the progress of the case, such as notes from meetings or conversations, and any changes made to the case. Disposal Cars are generated when the case is closed, and they include a final summary of the case and any outcomes or decisions made in relation to it.
