Schedule G: Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (individuals) is a form used in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings to list all executory contracts and unexpired leases that an individual debtor is a party to. Executory contracts are agreements in which one or more of the parties has yet to fully perform their obligations. Unexpired leases are those that have not yet reached their expiration date. The debtor must list all executory contracts and unexpired leases that were in effect at the time the bankruptcy petition was filed. This includes leases for real property, personal property, and intellectual property; as well as contracts related to goods and services, such as a mortgage, car loan, or service agreement. The debtor must also provide information on the debtor’s rights and obligations under each contract or lease, as well as the name and contact information of the other party. There are two types of Schedule G: Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (individuals): 1. Schedule G: Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (Individuals) — Personal Property: This form is used to list executory contracts and unexpired leases related to personal property, such as a car loan or service agreement. 2. Schedule G: Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (Individuals) — Real Property: This form is used to list executory contracts and unexpired leases related to real property, such as a mortgage or rental agreement.
