Instructions for Writ of Execution to the United States Marshal is a set of instructions to the US Marshal to enforce a judgment or order of a court. The writ is an order from the court that instructs the US Marshal to seize and sell the judgment debtor's property to satisfy the court judgment. There are two types of Instructions for Writ of Execution to the United States Marshal: 1. Instructions for Writ of Execution to the United States Marshal to seize property: These instructions direct the US Marshal to seize certain property of the judgment debtor, such as real estate, vehicles, or other assets, to satisfy the court judgment. 2. Instructions for Writ of Execution to the United States Marshal to sell property: These instructions direct the US Marshal to sell certain property of the judgment debtor, such as real estate, vehicles, or other assets, to satisfy the court judgment. In either case, the Instructions for Writ of Execution to the United States Marshal will include the court order, the name and address of the judgment debtor, the name and address of the judgment creditor, a description of the property to be seized or sold, the amount of the judgment, the amount of fees and costs to be deducted, and any other instructions for the US Marshal to follow.
