Multiple Conspiracies — for use with General Conspiracy Charge, is a legal concept that can be used to prosecute individuals or groups who have conspired to commit two or more separate criminal acts. In either case, in order to be convicted of a multiple conspiracy charge, the accused must have had knowledge of the other criminal acts and must have taken part in at least one of the acts.
