Sexual exploitation of children: permitting a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct to produce a visual depiction is a form of child sexual abuse. It involves allowing, encouraging, or forcing a child to take part in sexual activities or to produce or view sexually explicit material in order to create a visual representation of the activity. This includes production of visual depictions of sexual intercourse, masturbation, bestiality, sadistic or masochistic abuse, and/or lascivious exhibition of the genitalia. There are three main types of sexual exploitation of children to produce a visual depiction: 1. Child pornography: This involves the creation, distribution, and/or possession of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexual activity or exhibiting their genitals or private parts. 2. Sexting: This involves the sending of sexually explicit text messages, photos, or videos, often between minors, for the purpose of sexual gratification. 3. Live-streaming: This involves the streaming of live video of minors engaged in sexual activity or exhibiting their genitals or private parts. It is important to note that the production, distribution, and/or possession of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexual activity or exhibiting their genitals or private parts is illegal in most countries.
