18 U.S.C. Sec. 1466A(F)(1) VISUAL DEPICTION is a federal statute that criminalizes the production, distribution, receipt, or possession of images depicting a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. This includes any visual depiction, such as a photograph, film, video, digital or computer-generated image, or any other type of depiction of a person under the age of 18 engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Examples of sexually explicit conduct include, but are not limited to, sexual intercourse, bestiality, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area.
