Sec. 2241(B)(1) Aggravated Sexual Abuse — Rendering VictiUnconsciousou— - is a federal crime that applies to anyone who knowingly causes another person to become unconscious and then engaging in or attempt to engage in a sexual act with that person. This crime is punishable by a maximum sentence of up to life in prison. There are various types of Aggravated Sexual Abuse — Rendering VictiUnconsciousou— -, including: 1. Sexual Abuse of a Child — Rendering Victim Unconscious. This offense applies when the victim is a child, and the offender renders the victim unconscious before engaging in or attempting to engage in a sexual act with the child. 2. Sexual Abuse of an Adult — Rendering Victim Unconscious. This offense applies when the victim is an adult, and the offender renders the victim unconscious before engaging in or attempting to engage in a sexual act with the adult. 3.
