This includes any photo, video, or other image depicting a minor engaging in sexual activity, even if the image is only being distributed for personal use. This law applies to both physical and digital representations of child pornography, and carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison. Additionally, it carries a fine of up to $250,000, and those convicted must register as sex offenders. There are two types of 18 U.S.C.
