18 U.S.C. Sec. 2260(B) Use of a Visual Depiction — Importation, makes it a crime for any person to knowingly import or transport into the United States, or its possessions, any visual depiction of a human being engaged in sexually explicit conduct, when such visual depiction is imported or transported for the purpose of sale, distribution, or other dissemination. Types of visual depictions prohibited from importation include photographs, films, digital images, and videos.
