8.130 Obstruction of Justice-Injuring Juror (18 U.S.C. Sec. 1503) is a federal crime that prohibits any person from corruptly or by force attempting to influence, obstruct, or impede the due administration of justice. There are two types of 8.130 Obstruction of Justice-Injuring Juror (18 U.S.C. It includes acts such as bribing or attempting to bribe a juror or witness in any federal court proceeding. 2) Force or Threat: This form of obstruction of justice is defined as the use of physical force or threats of retaliation to influence, obstruct, or impede the due administration of justice. It includes acts such as threatening a juror or witness in any federal court proceeding or physically injuring a juror in order to influence their vote, opinion, or decision.
