Aggravated Object Rape of a Child is the most serious form of the crime and is defined as an act of sexual penetration involving a child under the age of 14. This type of offense is punishable by up to life in prison. Object Rape of a Child is defined as an act of sexual penetration involving a child who is 14 or 15 years old. This type of offense is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
