Utah Multiple Parties is a type of real estate transaction where more than two parties are involved in the purchase and sale of a property. This is often used in commercial real estate transactions, but can also be used in residential real estate transactions. The main parties involved in a Utah Multiple Party transaction are the seller, buyer, lender, and title company. Other parties can also be involved such as brokers, appraisers, and home inspectors. There are two types of Utah Multiple Parties: Multi-Party Sales and Multi-Party Financing. In a Multi-Party Sale, the buyer and seller enter into a sale agreement and the buyer pays the seller directly. In Multi-Party Financing, the lender provides the buyer with a mortgage loan to purchase the property, and the seller provides a separate contract with the buyer for the sale.
