The Utah Statement of Qualification (LLP) is a document required by the Utah Division of Corporations and Commercial Code in order to register a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in the state of Utah. This statement must be filed with the Division of Corporations and Commercial Code in order to officially register the LLP in Utah. It is important to note that this document is required for both domestic and foreign Laps. The Utah Statement of Qualification (LLP) includes information such as the name and address of the LLP, the name and address of the registered agent, the name and address of the general partner, and the name and address of any additional partners. Additionally, the statement includes information about the purpose of the LLP, the duration of the LLP, and any other information that is required by the Division of Corporations and Commercial Code. There are two types of Utah Statement of Qualification (LLP): a Certificate of Registration and an Amendment of Certificate of Registration. The Certificate of Registration must be filed when an LLP is first registered in the state of Utah. The Amendment of Certificate of Registration must be filed if there are any changes to the LLP, such as a change in address or a change in the name of the LLP.
