The Utah Electronic Case Filing Protocols (USCF) provide a secure and convenient way to file documents electronically in the state court system. USCF is an electronic filing system that allows attorneys, litigants, and other court users to file documents electronically in an efficient and secure manner. USCF is available in the Utah Supreme Court, Utah Court of Appeals, and all 29 of Utah’s district courtsUSCFCF is divided into two main protocols: the USCF Electronic Document Filing System (EDS) and the USCF Document Management System (DMS). The EDS is the primary filing system and allows users to file documents, check the status of cases, and search for documents. The DMS stores all filed documents and provides a secure repository for documents to be stored and accessed. USCF also has an array of other services and protocols, including the USCF Civil Case Management System (CCS), the USCF filing System (EFS), the USCF Family Law Case Management System (FL CMS), the USCF Juvenile Court Case Management System (JC CMS), the USCF Traffic Case Management System (TCM), and the USCF Warrant Management System (WMS).
