The Utah Inventory of Minors Estate (TIME) is a form used by guardians and conservators of minors in the state of Utah in order to obtain court approval of the assets of a minor’s estate. The form is meant to provide a comprehensive list of all the minor’s assets, including cash, real estate, securities, and other property. It also requires the guardian or conservator to provide information on the minor’s debts, pending and contingent liabilities, and other related matters. The TIME is typically filed with the court when a guardian or conservator is appointed, and must be updated periodically. There are two types of Utah Inventory of Minors Estate: the Financial Inventory of Minors Estate and the Property Inventory of Minors Estate. The Financial Inventory of Minors Estate is used to document and report all financial assets of the minor, such as cash, bank accounts, stocks, bonds, and other investments. The Property Inventory of Minors Estate is used to document and report all tangible assets of the minor, such as real estate, motor vehicles, jewelry, and other personal property.
