The Utah Notice of Right to Object to Motion to Change Venue (Minor) is a document used in Utah family law courts when a minor child's parent or guardian wishes to contest a Motion to Change Venue. The Notice must be filed in the court where the original case was filed and contains the name of the minor, the parent or guardian, the court where the original case was filed, and the court where the Motion to Change Venue was filed. It also describes the nature of the objection and the grounds on which the objection is based. There are two types of Utah Notice of Right to Object to Motion to Change Venue (Minor): the Original Notice and the Supplemental Notice. The Original Notice must be filed within fourteen days of receiving the Motion to Change Venue, while the Supplemental Notice must be filed within fourteen days of receiving the court's order on the Motion to Change Venue.
