A Utah Order Denying Temporary Protective Order (UT TPO) is a legal document issued by a Utah court to reject a request for a temporary restraining order. It is often issued when a petitioner requests a temporary restraining order to prevent a person from engaging in certain activities. The UT TPO can provide protection from physical harm, harassment, stalking, and other forms of abuse. There are two types of Utah Order Denying Temporary Protective Orders: Denial of Temporary Protective Order and Denial of Ex Parte Temporary Protective Order. The Denial of Temporary Protective Order is issued when the court finds that the petitioner has not established a reasonable likelihood of immediate physical danger. The Denial of Ex Parte Temporary Protective Order is issued when the court finds that the petitioner has failed to establish an immediate danger of physical harm or harassment.
