Virginia Orientation Consent is a form filled out by new employees in the state of Virginia before they can begin working. It is a document that must be signed by the employee and the employer in order to confirm that the employee has been given all the necessary information about their job duties, workplace rules, and other important topics related to their work. There are two types of Virginia Orientation Consent forms: the Virginia Orientation Consent Form (VOC) and the Virginia Employee Orientation and Consent Form (VOC). The VOC is used for all new employees in Virginia, while the VOC is used for employees classified as covered employees under the Virginia Human Rights Act. Both forms must be completed and signed by the employer and the employee. Both forms include the employee's name, job title, and start date; the employer's name and address; the type of orientation provided; and the employee's signature and date.
