Virginia Guide for Articles of Correction to the Articles of Organization of a Domestic Limited Liability Company is a document used to make changes to the original Articles of Organization of a Domestic Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Virginia. This document can be used to make corrections to any errors made in the original Articles of Organization, including but not limited to errors in the name of the company, the registered agent, the address, or the capital structure of the company. There are two types of Virginia Guides for Articles of Correction to the Articles of Organization of a Domestic Limited Liability Company: (1) standard form and (2) custom form. The standard form is a predefined document provided by the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) and can be used to correct minor errors in the Articles of Organization. The custom form is an individualized, custom-made document that is used to make more substantial changes to the Articles of Organization. It must be signed by all members of the company and submitted to the SCC for approval.
